Our Return Policy
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
- Unused and in its original condition
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened packages of gardening gloves
- Used garden tools
- Personalized or custom-made potting benches
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

- Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 24-48 hours with return instructions and an RMA number.
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with the RMA number clearly visible.

Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:

Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return
- Standard shipping times apply (10-15 days for DHL/FedEx, 15-25 days for EMS)

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
