We typically process orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

Standard Shipping (DHL/FedEx)
– Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
– Flat rate: $12.95 USD
– Recommended for time-sensitive orders

Free Shipping (EMS)
– Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
– Available for orders over $50 USD
– Best for non-urgent deliveries

Note: Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote areas.

Returns & Exchanges

Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of the delivery date. To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging and tags must be intact
  • Original receipt or proof of purchase required

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened packages of gardening gloves
  • Used garden tools
  • Personalized or custom-made potting benches

How to Return an Item

  2. Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 24-48 hours with return instructions and an RMA number.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely repack the item in its original packaging with the RMA number clearly visible.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send to our warehouse at:

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)

  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account (processing times vary by financial institution)

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

  • We’ll ship your replacement once we receive your return
  • Standard shipping times apply (10-15 days for DHL/FedEx, 15-25 days for EMS)
  • We cover the shipping cost for your replacement item
  • You’ll receive tracking information for your new item

Damaged or Incorrect Items
